Basically, fungi are super magical if you didn't know already. They are wildly diverse, live throughout the globe and are the largest organizing and oldest organism known to humans. They may be responsible for the expansion of the human brain and the evolution of the human species. They are also an incredible alley and elder in climate change solutions. Watch it! PLANT WISDOM | ELDERBERRY

We are listening so carefully to our plant kingdom ancestors right now. In these continually scary times the plants bring us so much wisdom and solace. They show us what abundance looks like on an earth in full crises. This week that wisdom has come particularly from our great elder Sambucus canadensis our native ELDERBERRY. Growing wild in open fields and along the edge of the forest, elderberry made into a syrup is especially good for our respiratory system. And we know we’re going to need all the support we can get in that department this fall and winter.
